build log, emerge --info, emerge -pqv

Upgrading to dev-libs/protobuf-22.5-r1 causes rebuilds for dev-db/percona-server-8.0.26.16-r2 and dev-db/percona-xtrabackup-8.0.30.23 but the emerge of percona-server failed. See the attached archive with the build log and emerge details.
