I cannot reproduce this, and the only report I found was linked with compiling the kernel with clang. Can you upload the build.log from app-emulation/virtualbox-modules ? Also the kernel config if you are not using a binary kernel? Other thing to try - app-emulation/virtualbox-kvm does not use any kernel modules, so you could try that. It's still in developement and unkeyworded, but it might work.

kernel: sys-kernel/gentoo-kernel-bin [6.6.30-gentoo-dist] Just - maybe it's somehow related to earlier version Windows crash, and what was fixed in 18 triggers now the linux? I recal I had 16 for a moment then just to play safe downgraded to 14.
Just upgradeed kernel to latest: 6.6.32-gentoo-dist and the issue seems to be gone, thus it must have been more a kernel problem.
