Found the following implicit function declarations in configure logs:

config.log:10019 - static_assert
config.log:12010 - re_set_syntax
config.log:12024 - re_compile_pattern
config.log:12030 - re_search
config.log:12063 - re_match
config.log:14621 - alignof
config.log:16091 - fpurge

Please use latest stable portage

I'm doing that but during 'emerge -DuN world' sys-apps/sed was merged before portage
