What version of catalyst are you using?
dev-util/catalyst-1.1.8
Can you try 1.1.9, please. I am about to release a 1.1.10 and would like to get as many bugs fixed with it as possible before doing so.
dev-util/catalyst-1.1.9 same problem
And what do you get when you run "lsof | grep /var/tmp/catalyst/tmp/default/livecd-stage1-x86-2005.0/dev" from a command line? I'm just wondering if this isn't really the same as bug #73363 instead.

You can use storedir in catalyst.conf to set a location for the temp directory other than /var/tmp... Let me know how the other build goes.
Thx, I've seen that, but I've try with a sym link for 'simplicity' .. and that don't work ^^ Works fine without sym link
Cool... Glad to hear you got it working.
