/usr/lib/libgtkmm.so: undefined reference to `std::__default_alloc_template<true, 0>::allocate(unsigned int)' That line looks like a reference to an older gcc that breaks abi...can you try recompiling the gtkmm packages present on your system? ( and then try again ) you can get the list by doing: equery l gtkmm ( there are probably 2 of them )
