Description Leandro Hoshiko 2024-04-21 21:31:44 UTC
The "1800_gcc-plugins-stackleak-Avoid-head-text-section.patch" was backported to release 6.8.6, so it's no longer needed.
Changelog: https://cdn.kernel.org/pub/linux/kernel/v6.x/ChangeLog-6.8.6

I've encounter this issue by applying manually the mentioned patch and receiving "Reversed (or previously applied) patch detected! Assume -R? [n]" after the "1005_linux-6.8.6.patch" patch.

Reproducible: Always

Steps to Reproduce:
1. Apply the patches 1000_[...] to 1800_[...].
Actual Results:
Patch informed that it already found the patch applied.

Expected Results:
No interruption in patching.
