Mandelbulber has the placeholder icon in the KDE menu, although there is an icon specified in the .desktop file as:

`Icon=mandelbulber`

Its icons are in /usr/share/mandelbulber2/icons:

mandelbulber.png
mandelbulber128.png

For me is fixed now.
