The local Github-style markdown parser, `grip`, seems to be partially broken on current stable version, 4.6.1.

v4.6.2 does not suffer these issues, which include:

1. Not being able to use `--export` (python complains about something called "charset")

2. CSS styles not working, making markdown difficult to read.
