unixODBC 2.2.6 fails to build if gnome-libs is not installed due to missing gnome.h.

Reproducible: Always
Steps to Reproduce:
1. emerge unixODBC on a system without gnome

Actual Results:  
Compile errors due to missing gnome.h

Expected Results:  
continued compiling

After installing gnome-libs, the problem went away

Hmm, I have it installed on two boxes without gnome libs, no problems. Post
emerge --info and some error messages you get when emerging.
