Gentoo Developer Handbook, Introduction, Section 2.d. ("Waiting") paragraph three:

It currently reads: "If the quiz answers are deemed to be to of a sufficient
standard"

It SHOULD be: "If the quiz answers are deemed to be of a sufficient standard"


Just a minor extra "to" after "to be" that should be removed in the interests of
nonconfusing grammar.
