Trying to add an attachment in a Signal chat by selecting the paperclip icon results in no response. i've certainly been able to add attachments in the past; most recently on 21 March, which was prior to the update to 7.3.0 on 23 March. i've tried running Signal from the command line and looking for any errors or warnings in the output, but nothing stood out. This might not be a packaging issue, as i've been able to reproduce the problem using the Flatpak version (as `--user`). But i'm starting here to check if others can reproduce, or if there's something specific to my system causing this. Output of `emerge --info` to follow. Reproducible: Always

As suggested by the reporter, this is probably not a packaging issue, and there have been no further reports since. Therefore, resolving this.
