whenever you process a bug, you get a little 'Bug processed' line right above the 'Changes submitted for bug #' box ... it's pointless

iirc, updating attachments has a similar message

i think we could do without the frontpage banner 'Gentoo Linux Bugzilla Home' considering the image at the top of the page proclaims 'Gentoo bugzilla' and because Gentoo is not just for Linux

the <title> for the front page should probably have the 'Linux' stripped out of
it too

These are just cosmetic fixes. I'll take a look at it, but i dont think its too
redundant.
