Please bump kodi-inputstream-adaptive to match kodi 21.

Since I couldn't find an ebuild in sunny overlay either I attached one that works on my machine at least.

You are right, all the kodi stuff was moved from the sunny overlay to a separate overlay at of April.
Now its available at:
https://github.com/kodi-overlay/kodi-overlay/tree/main/media-plugins/kodi-inputstream-adaptive
