Not really? linux-headers-6.8 isn't stable, nor is Linux 6.8, and you don't even need it to match your running kernel...
Please do not add CC-ARCHES if you are not one of the maintainers. The patch is lifted from the mailing list, not yet integrated by upstream, I'd rather not have it in stable without further testing. It's basically a quick hack that looks safe at a first glance, but it might be breaking something.
