Failed to compile the dev-python/constantly-23.10.4 package. The distfile downloaded has the wrong size compared to the size recorded in the Manifest file. The build.log attached.

You probably have stale mirrors in GENTOO_MIRRORS.

Please pick better mirrors, or remove GENTOO_MIRRORS from make.conf and allow the default distfiles.gentoo.org to be used.
