It's a matter of fact that file bugs with tinderbox makes a lot of mail for a single bug (initial bug, attachments, comments and so on) so I was asked to assign as a very last step.

Toralf is already doing this by assigning initially to bug-wranglers.

Since it is costless I would like to have a bugzilla email address 'unassigned@gentoo.org' so with this we do not increase traffic for who want to follow bug-wranglers bugzilla address.

Obviously, I do not need credentials for this account, but it's just to assign bugs.

To be honest, I was thinking of devnull@gentoo.org for something like this before.
