gentoo-webroot-default should have a useflag to enable users to use the origional Gentoo specific index.html instead of the default Apache index.html.

Gentoo specific index.html:

I plan to revamp the gentoo-webroot-default package at a later date to provide
default files for all webservers, not just gentoo.
