When emerging struts, it complains the file size does not match the recorded size

Reproducible: Always
Steps to Reproduce:
1. emerge struts
2.
3.

Actual Results:  
!!! Digest verification Failed:
!!!    /usr/portage/distfiles/jakarta-struts-1.2.4-src.tar.gz
!!! Reason: Filesize does not match recorded size



Expected Results:  
emerge should complete successfully.
