Description Rafael Kolless 2005-05-14 04:31:46 UTC
I do not receive any emails as a creator of a bugentry.
My settings for email are set to receive every mail.
Since mondoria.de is a dedicated server I saw on the system that no connect attempts happen and gentoo.org is not blacklisted.

Reproducible: Always
Steps to Reproduce:
1.n/a
2.
3.

Actual Results:
Receiving no mails

Expected Results:
Receiving mails :)

If you look in the preferences, there is a checkmark that actually needs to be unchecked to recieve all emails:
"Only email me reports of changes made by other people"

If that is already unchecked, I am unaware of why emails would not be sent, I am receiving emails just fine as expected.

The checkmark is unchecked and I do not receive any mails from bugs.gentoo.org.

I looked at the Sendmaillogs and searched for any connection attemps to deliever mails. There are no incoming mails from gentoo.org

The domain mondoria.de moved four weeks ago to another IP-Adresse. Could it possible that the mailer still resolves the old address?

The IP should be 62.75.171.32

I have no other idea.

I correct myself.

I just switched to my other address rafael.kolless@spielundactionev.de

The system told me that two mails have been send, to the old and the new one. I did not receive any of them.

So it must have something to do with my account!?

It must be something to do with your DNS. make sure its propagated correctly.

bugshost global # host mandoria.de
mandoria.de has address 81.169.174.162
Comment 5 Rafael Kolless 2005-05-15 15:57:14 UTC
it is mondoria.de not mandoria.de

And mails to rafael.kolless@spielundactionev.de are not distributed also.

Where can I contact anyone to crosscheck my account at but.gentoo.org?

Problem found with invalid MX-Records
