Could it be that ppc has been forgotten? There are no open bugs and it has been stable before.
See Comment 3, Ernst. Also, I do not think we have ever had libblockdev-3 stable on ppc32... Only the major version 2. Anyway, let us continue this discussion in Bug #930331.
