https://blogs.gentoo.org/ago/2020/07/04/gentoo-tinderbox/ Issue: dev-util/google-perftools-2.15 fails to compile. Discovered on: amd64 (internal ref: slibtool_tinderbox) System: SLIBTOOL-SYSTEM (https://wiki.gentoo.org/wiki/Project:Tinderbox/Common_Issues_Helper#SLIBTOOL) Info about the issue: https://wiki.gentoo.org/wiki/Project:Tinderbox/Common_Issues_Helper#CF0014

Error(s) that match a know pattern in addition to what has been reported in the summary: /usr/lib/gcc/x86_64-pc-linux-gnu/13/../../../../x86_64-pc-linux-gnu/bin/ld: cannot find -lstacktrace: No such file or directory collect2: error: ld returned 1 exit status
I used the opportunity to re-enable tests (passing on amd64 ABI_X86=64 though failing on ABI_X86=32). The issue itself is most likely with slibtool use, this is an internal library just built and normal libtool build finds it properly (and tests run)
