I run ~x86 and Monodevelop starts up without any problems. I can even load a solution without any problems. But if I try to view any source file in the solution or if I try to create a new empty source file (even without a loaded solution) it crashes. It also happens if I try to create a new solution. This happens with both Mono 1.0.6 and the new 1.1.7 that was added to ~x86 recently. I tried this several times with both mono 1.0.X and mono 1.1.X and it never worked. Now, a day later, it works without any problems. And I haven't even emerged any updates. So what fixed it beats me, but I guess that means the bug can be closed.
