Added mod2tex to QA_FLAGS_IGNORED via https://gitweb.gentoo.org/proj/tex-overlay.git/commit/?h=main&id=1dda72537f9c9852f6715af18462bb8e89d5b600 for now.

The opbible texlive package is a candidate for a dedicated ebuild where we build https://github.com/olsak/OpBible/tree/main/txs-gen.
