Hydrogen project has a cvs snapshot in their site for some time. I have write an ebuild for it. It has some un-elegant customization regarding an unusual versioning file description, the fact that this file is not in the mirrors and unusual directory structure of the tarball. Reproducible: Always Steps to Reproduce: 1. 2. 3.
Created attachment 58787 [details] (proposed ebuild, based on lastest portage version) (need some cleaning if it gets into portage)

Created attachment 69476 [details] Updated hydrogen-0.9.2.ebuild This is an updated hydrogen-0.9.2.ebuild that takes care of some cruft that was in the release tarball, handles documentation gracefully, installs icons in the right places (I hope?) and fixes an assumption by the upstream maintainer that all distributions have "update-modules". Works really well on my amd64. Have been running it for quite a while and I find it really stable. Attached below is also the patch that is needed for the update-modules removal in the Makefile.in Best regards, /P

Oh, and that should be "update-menus" above, not "update-modules" :-) Sorry.
Created attachment 71205 [details, diff] Some small corrections to the hydrogen ebuild Updated SRC_URI (since the maintainer moved his archives to Sourceforge) and added copyright statement and "# $Header: $" tag.
