When not logged in to the wiki, the USEFlag template results in errors like:

* https://wiki.gentoo.org/wiki/Chromium: "Cannot load package information. Is the atom www-client/chromium correct?"

* https://wiki.gentoo.org/wiki/Binutils: "Cannot load package information. Is the atom sys-devel/binutils correct?"

However, after logging in to the wiki, the template produces the expected output. Logging out will cause the error to reappear.
