After patching my ebuild for https://bugs.gentoo.org/922871, I got another issue with kodi not compiling swig 4.2.0. Swig 4.2.0 seems to do funny things with the build. The bug is documented upstream here.

Please restrict kodi-9999 ebuild to swig version < 4.2.0 for now. Kodi compile ok with version swig version 4.1.1
