When attempting to emerge tf-40-r2 on a G3 ppc running gentoo via the command 'emerge tf', I receive the following error: All ebuilds that could satisfy "tf" have been masked. Reproducible: Always Steps to Reproduce: 1. Add the ppc keyword to tf-40-r2 by running the command 'ekeyword ppc /usr/portage/games-mud/tf/tf-40-r2.ebuild' 2. Run 'ebuild /usr/portage/games-mud/tf/tf-40-r2.ebuild' 3. Run 'emerge tf' Actual Results: After adding the ppc keyword it appears to function properly. This is my first bug report. If you have input that will help improve the quality of my future bug reports I am very interested in hearing it.
tf-5.0-beta6 is already marked ~ppc. If you would like to use it, add it to your /etc/portage/package.keywords. It will most likely be marked stable when the package maintainer marks the package on their arch stable. Thanks for the report though, we really appreciate people testing packages!
