libmusepack is renamed to libmpcdec, to make room for the future libmpcenc. Version 1.2 fixes relative/absolute includes, changes mpc_reader_t's structure and adds MSVC project files. The API was broken in version 1.1.1, please use the new 1.2, or 1.1 if you must.

So it's time for change :)

sorry for bothering, but I'm interested in what you plan to do about this name
change, also because AFAIK new gst-plugins-musepack (not yet in portage) will
use this new release

Sound herd, I need libmpcdec for k3b-0.12. Does anyone care or are you fine with
it, when I put my fingers on it?

ebuilds, have a look at the dupe.
