I don't think it's possible to merge 0.14.0, because it needs <dev-python/cython-3, but also indirectly dev-python/numpy, and all versions in tree require >=dev-python/cython-3.0.0.
Cython is a built-time dep. Install numpy first, then build statsmodels.

I think this applies to all 32-bit architectures, and I don't think there's really a point in keeping these keywords.
