nettop needs to have ~amd64 added to nettop because it works fine


Reproducible: Always
Steps to Reproduce:
1. add x86 for nettop to package.keywords
2. emerge nettop 
3.

Actual Results:  
it installs with x86 on x86_64

Expected Results:  
it works with ~amd64
