Uses "${D}" in gnome2_pkg_preinst without `EPREFIX` or instead of `ED`.

It seems like it should cd to $EROOT instead, as that's what then gets passed later to gnome2_giomodule_cache_update ?

ah, no, it is in preinst, so they aren't shipped to EROOT at that point yet while checking if there's any modules installed by the given package
