a test failure happening also on existing stable version is not a regression and thus stabilization blocker, especially as it blocks other arches automation too

would be good to not have things inconsistent in x86 tree at least with core libraries being on GNOME 45, but gnome-shell not. Things might be a bit broken in that state due to the split bugs handled at very different timing
