Systemd bootloader support doesn't require gnu-efi anymore, avoiding the dependency would be good for LLVM users as gnu-efi doesn't build very well with LLVM tooling.

Nevermind, gnu-efi isnt a dependency in the ebuilds >=254.

I made the bug too quickly.
