When emerging gnome-applets after a gnome-light install gnome-mixer-applet does not get built.

I use ALSA compiled directly into my kernel, I have the gstreamer use flag set.

Gnome complains that it cannot find gnome-mixer-applet when it is run the first time.

Reproducible: Always
Steps to Reproduce:
1. begin with a system without gnome
2. emerge gnome-ligt
3. emerge gnome-applets

Actual Results:  
No gnome-mixer-applet

Expected Results:  
installed gnome-mixer-applet
