The description of the "extra" use flag for Psi is misleading because it describes what happens when the flag is *not* selected. All other flag descriptions describe what the flags do when they're enabled.

I'd suggest changing it from:
  net-im/psi:extras - Refrain from adding non official patches
to:
  net-im/psi:extras - Adds non official patches

(of course, something that describes what these non-official patches do would be even better)

There are way too many of them to list even the half of them in USE desc.

The original way the flag worked was to install if the flag was not on. I'll fix this right away.
