stage3 provides a stable sys-devel/gcc binary.
Could be nice to have it as package in portage.

given that the binhosts are nearing GA, it's probably better to just work on those

[https://wiki.gentoo.org/wiki/Fix_my_Gentoo] provides a path to extract sys-devel/gcc from stage3 tar file.
sys-devel/gcc:13 is now stabilized and should be available from there for binary packaging.

getting the files isn't really a problem.  CCing binhost, toolchain for extra opinions
