Ever since libid3tag-0.16.3 downloads fail on verification. If you ebuild digtest force, things work, so someone probably just needs to update the manifetst in the tree.

Reproducible: Always

Steps to Reproduce:
1.emerge libid3tag
2.
3.
Actual Results:  
Fetch failed for 'media-libs/libid3tag-0.16.3', Log file:
 '/var/tmp/portage/media-libs/libid3tag-0.16.3/temp/build.log'


Expected Results:  
The ebuild should download then finish

Looks like I cached a bad copy and managed to do that on two different sites.

After deleting my site wide cache for packages, the emerges are now working.
