sys-power/upower-v1.90.2 was released 3 months ago, while the newest version in the ebuild tree is v0.99.20 from more than a year ago.

Having updated upower version is important since reading battery capacity is broken in v0.99.20 with newer libgudev [1].

Upstream says that, despite being a major version bump, v1.90.0 "old (soft) API/ABI guarantees are currently unchanged".

I think Pacho forgot to mention it but we have new version in tree. See commit https://github.com/gentoo/gentoo/commit/b5b534144b816d2724ee5e0d764538710db5e20a
