I tried to recompile dev-util/ninja dev-util/cmake gnome-base/librsvg kde-frameworks/extra-cmake-modules dev-qt/qtsvg
with no luck.

Solved with Nextcloud-client 3.10.0

Thanks for the update! Marking fixed with newer version (3.10.0) then
