Latest stable 11.72 fails to run for me:

# /etc/init.d/apache2 restart
 * Caching service dependencies ...                                                                              [ ok ]
 * apache2 has detected an error in your setup:
apache2: Syntax error on line 132 of /etc/apache2/httpd.conf: Syntax error on line 2 of /etc/apache2/modules.d/10_mod_qos.conf: Cannot load modules/mod_qos.so into server: /usr/lib64/apache2/modules/mod_qos.so: undefined symbol: pcre_free
 * ERROR: apache2 failed to stop

Works fine with 11.74-r1. Please stabilize, thanks!

11.75 is not a stabilization candidate due to bug 919231

11.76 is a stabilization candidate, but we should wait ~30 days as that version was just released.
