gentoo-pipewire-launcher restart

Kills an instance of pipewire and then fails to start another, due to another instance of pipewire already running.

Please attach information, don't use pastebins.

Anyway, the bug here is "gentoo-pipewire-launcher restart" talks about restarting the process, killing it, but it already running.

Please include as attachments:
1. emerge --info
2. the output from 'gentoo-pipewire-launcher restart'
