As per https://github.com/raspberrypi/firmware/blob/master/README.md and since only start*.elf, fixup*.dat and bootcode.bin get installed LICENSE is just "raspberrypi-videocore-bin", although the note in the license file "... this licence applies to the binaries..." does not make any sense (or just made sense in the far past)
