This is only a version bump.
It would be very nice if somebody could update this package to upstream version 1.4.

In the meantime version 1.4.1 is available upstream. 
Please update since the available version in gentoo does not support PHP 8.3.

If there is somebody who can show me what to do I maybe could do this in the future

Could also use PHP 8.3 support
