When emerging rmxmms-0.5.1 on my Athlon XP 1800+ it fails during configure phase
as such:

checking host system type... configure: error: can not guess host type; you must
specify one

!!! ERROR: The ebuild did not complete successfully.
!!! Function econf, Line 9, Exitcode 1
!!! econf failed

What aew your CHOST, CFLAGS and CXXFLAGS settings from /etc/make.conf ?

It works now.. I have no idea what has changed in my setup.. I have been
installing several other apps and just thougth I'd try rmxmms again, and it
built perfectly this time...
