dc_gui2-0.80 have a bug. GDL downloads doesn't work. Author fixed this in CVS version. Port of version 0.80 is useless... Reproducible: Always Steps to Reproduce: 1. Start dc_gui2 and connect to some hub. 2. Search some file 3. Try to download it ;) Actual Results: GDL's are added but always trying and waiting - never downloading. Expected Results: Should download files form users with free download slots. Bug occurs in passive and active mode. Making port form CVS verision of dc_gui2 should be good idea.
Wow, I thought it was just me not knowing how to use a directconnect client :). I came here wondering if anyone's had any luck using dc_gui2 to download bittorrent links, or any luck running bt2dc_gui2. I can't seem to get them to work, they keep asking me to recompile after getting some python library. I'm scared I'm just being dumb, so I don't want to file a bug report.
this project seems to be dead. dc-gui is in package.mask now and will propably be completly removed from the tree in few days
