when i emerged junit it deleted ant.jar and optional.jar (unbelievable). I will try to fix this and send the ebuild this night. Cheers, Adrian
I've added a new version of junit (3.8.1) now. I don't see what can be causing the problem you're describing with 3.7, but please test 3.8.1 and see if the problem persists. There is nothing in the ebuild that will ever delete the .jar files you describe, so I'm really puzzled.
I'm pretty certain the new one doesn't have the flaws you describe. Reopen if it does.
