Description Brent Baude (RETIRED) gentoo-dev 2005-05-02 08:37:15 UTC
I was able to compiel emboss and its deps without problems. I did basic tests on emboss to make sure it worked. Basic tests ran fine.

I recommend keywording the following ebuilds:

[ebuild N ] sci-biology/clustalw-1.83-r1 162 kB [1]

[ebuild N ] sci-biology/primer3-1.0.0 914 kB [1]

[ebuild N ] sci-biology/emboss-2.10.0 +X -minimal +png 15,880 kB [1]

[ebuild N ] sci-biology/prosite-18.49 (-emboss) -minimal 3,197 kB [1]

[ebuild N ] sci-biology/prints-37.0 (-emboss) -minimal 25,988 kB [1]

[ebuild N ] sci-biology/cutg-144 (-emboss) -minimal 121,930 kB

[ebuild N ] sci-biology/transfac-3.2 (-emboss) -minimal 3,267 kB

[ebuild N ] sci-biology/rebase-504 (-emboss) -minimal 174 kB [1]

aaindex was also listed as a dep but had the ~ppc64 keyword. Perhaps time to change to ppc64?

sci-biology/cutg-144 is already ppc64 stable
sci-biology/transfac-3.2 is already ppc64 stable

Working on the rest

~ppc64 has been set for all packages as requested
