Tomboy-0.3.2 is out, and solves the bug #82951 for me. The tarball has been displaced so the SRC_URI line of the ebuild had to be changed to : SRC_URI="http://www.beatniksoftware.com/tomboy/releases/${P}/${P}.tar.gz" I also removed the patching part of the ebuild since I neither understand it nor need it (I use mono-1.0.6). From the official feature list, Tomboy now seems to work out of the box for mono-1.1. Feature list (from NEWS.gz): Version 0.3.2 * Support building under Mono 1.1.x. * Support GTK+ toolbar preference. * Support transparant panels. * Print tabs correctly in the PrintNotes plugin. * Fix crash when setting global keybindings preferences. * Fix various D-BUS crashes (patch from Joe Shaw). * Fix URL dropping for newer GTK+ versions. * Work around anti-focus avoidance code in Gnome 2.10. * Move already opened notes to the current workspace. * Work around GTK# binary incompatibility. * Desensitize the Link button when no text is selected. * Default to using tray-icon mode, for easy shell execution. * Include tomboy-plugins.pc for plugin authors.

I tested this ebuild with mono-1.1.4. Works fine and I can't reproduce bug #82951 with it.
