sys-apps:portage-3.0.49-r1:20230805-010318.log.gz

=sys-apps/portage-3.0.49-r1 fails its test phase for me. When building by itself, with the output to a terminal, the only failure is lib/portage/tests/util/futures/test_iter_completed.py::IterCompletedTestCase::testIterCompleted (with an "AttributeError: 'TestCaseFunction' object has no attribute 'addTodo'"); when run as part of 'emerge -u1qvND @world', I see 213 failures, mostly (other than that one) with the summary line "KeyError: 'NO_COLOR'". For completeness I'm attaching the log from the latter run.
