The `crictl` utility occasionally fails with an error similar to the following when attempting to start a pod.

> RunPodSandbox from runtime service failed" err="rpc error: code = Unknown desc = failed to get network status for pod sandbox k8s_nginx1_crio_nobody_0(687e898455de49b7e1788b555c7e423adcce9d3ce2616b122f006cce8c457b9a): error checking pod crio_nginx1 for CNI network \"podman\": Interface vethdf71ceac Mac doesn't match: 3a:80:f6:e4:5b:4a not found

Upstream has stated that this is due to a race condition when trying to configure the network which is fixed in cni-plugins version 1.2.0.
